This pattern is a great all around BWO/Baetis nymph. Brad Downey ties some of the coolest mayfly patterns which represent the full life cycle of different mayflies, from nymphs to spinners. Run it on a multiple nymph rig or as a dropper under a dry. You won't be disappointed.
A minimum quantity of 2 flies of the same size has been set for this item due to the staff time and labour it takes to fulfill fly orders. In our experience it's always nice to have a spare if you happen to lose one on a rock or tree branch too!
